Chef Gerhard uses only the very best and finest ingredients, with no artificial coloring or preservatives. Gerhard's provides you with the ability to enjoy his quality products made with his European philosophy.
"My kitchen is enriched by all that is fresh and available to us. We combine the freshest of ingredients in a creative way as I hope to please the most demanding of gourmet palates!" Come in and enjoy confectionery delicacies such as individual desserts, cakes, mini pastries and tarts. We also create birthday, special occasion and wedding cakes; as well as freshly made breakfast pastries including chocolate croisants, cinnamon rolls, country apple, coffee cakes and more! Buttery French Brioche, and an assortment of crusty European breads are made daily! We strive for excellence and will never make concessions that compromise our quality! Our products are made with fresh and selective raw materials and are produced with the utmost care and knowledge! We welcome and invite you to our Pastry Shop!
